We Ski II is a non-profit organization that was founded to provide recreational opportunities for its members.  These events are led by volunteers who are not experts or professionals in leading these events.  There is always an element of risk in being injured in the activity.  Not all events will be suitable for participation by every member.  It is the responsibility of every member to decide if any event is suited for them.  Every participant shall be responsible to be knowledgeable about the event and come with the proper equipment in good working orders and know how to use it.  In all cases all participants shall take full responsibility for any injuries or damage that may occur to themselves, their family and their guests in any manner during any event.  In no case shall We Ski II, its board members, or activity leaders be head liable for any damages that may arise in any way from participation in any club event.

 IN SIGNING THIS MEMBERSHIP APPLICATION FOR WE SKI II, I (WE) ACCEPT THE ABOVE CONDITIONS AND AGREE THAT I (WE) WILL ASSUME THE RISK OF ANY AND ALL INJURIES OR PROPERTY DAMAGE THAT I (WE) MAY SUSTAIN WHILE PARTICIPATING IN ANY EVENT.  IN ADDITION, I (WE) SPECIFICALLY AGREE TO HOLD WE SKI II, ITS DIRECTORS, AND ITS ACTIVITY LEADERS FREE FROM ALL EXPENSE, COST, AND LIABILITY FOR ANY AND ALL INJURIES TO, OR PROPERTY DAMAGE, OF ANY PARTICIPANT, HIS OR HER FAMILY, AND GUESTS THAT MAY OCCUR DURING A CLUB EVENT.
